What is your leadership style?
What does being a team mean?
Why does leadership matter?

This workshop is an active exploration of the art and science of leadership with an emphasis on how and why leadership matters at all levels of an organization. Participants will explore with the instructor various leadership styles as well as the broad spectrum of techniques, models and theories available for leading an organization.
