Cristina is the Assistant City Administrator for the City of Warrenville. She is responsible for overseeing the functions of Human Resources, Risk Management, Communications and Information Technology for the City.  Prior to the City of Warrenville, Cristina was the Human Resources and Risk Management Coordinator for the Village of Itasca, where she was responsible for creating, planning, and supervising a variety of human resources functions including benefits management, employee and labor relations, recruitment and selection, employee safety, and training.  

Cristina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Dominican University, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, and is a Certified Labor Relations Professional under the National PELRA Academy.  In addition to chairing the IPELRA Marketing Committee, Cristina also serves on several ad-hoc committees for the DuPage Mayors and Managers Conference and is a member of the Legacy Project, International (Illinois) City/County Management Association (ICMA/ILCMA), and Illinois Association of Municipal Management Assistants (IAMMA).
